- Q. How can I get help logging in?
- A. If you forget your password, you can use the Forgot Password link to reset your password. If you are experiencing other issues, please call Bayer Product Support: 1-800-331-2867 or use the Contact Us form to send an email for support.
- Q. I forgot my password and requested a reset password email get sent to me, but it has not arrived in my inbox?
- A. If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes of requesting it, check your email spam or trash folder. If you are not able to locate the email, please call Bayer Product Support: 1-800-331-2867.
- Q. How can I create an account for the Bayer Flex Solutions?
- A. There is a Not Registered link located on the Login screen and on the login popup window which you can use to begin the registration process. After selecting link, select your user type: Distributor Sales Representative or Customer. Distributor Sales Representatives please provide your first name, last name and your email address. Customers please provide your first name, last name and your My Bayer Rewards (MBR#) account number on the Registration Request page and submit the request. Once we validate that you have an active account at Bayer, an email will be sent to you asking you to create a username and password to activate your account in Flex Solutions.
- Q. I am trying to register as a Customer on Bayer Flex Solutions platform, but I forgot My Bayer Rewards (MBR#)?
- A. If you need assistance locating your My Bayer Rewards (MBR#) account number, login at the My Bayer Rewards program website for your My Bayer Rewards account details. Or please feel free to reach out to My Bayer Rewards Program Headquarters via email or call 888-456-6464.
- Q. I already have an account for the My Bayer Rewards (MBR) program, can I use those credentials?
- A. The Bayer Flex Solutions application is different from the My Bayer Rewards system and requires a separate login account.
- Q: Is an MBR account required to utilize the Flex Solutions platform?
- A: Yes, an MBR account is required for both the DSR and end-user. However, Distributor managed accounts do not require an MBR account.
- Q: Can BPP customers utilize the Bayer Flex Solutions Platform?
- A: No, BPP customers have a separate program.
- Q: Can head shed customers utilize the Bayer Flex Solutions Platform?
- A: Yes, all orders must be placed at the parent level with one account.
